Employee Benefits Center

The Employee Benefits Center (or EBC) is a company-to-employees Internet communications platform developed by Trianon. It is designed to facilitate the communication of personal data on salaries, on pension fund matters and on questions of insurance. The EBC replaces or completes an HR Intranet and interfaces with a customer’s main information system.

This innovative tool means that a company’s human resources department and every single employee of the company have Internet access - with a maximum level of security - to all personal data, including data on salaries and coordinated social benefits, as well as to the pension fund’s global environment.

In addition to being able to call up data in a user-friendly environment created for the non-specialist, the EBC also allows users to simulate numerous situations and acts as a place of exchange of important information between the employee, the employer and Trianon.
