Trianon’s global offer for the outsourcing of salaries administration comprises:
- Complete or partial registration of staff
- Complete or partial updating of data
- Management and periodic calculation of salaries
- Coordination with official institutions - AVS, LPP, tax at source, family allowances, etc.
- Interface with the accounting function
- Contribution to the preparation of end-of-year accounts, including salary statements
- Ongoing consultancy with respect to changes in legislation.
In addition to this, for cases of partial outsourcing, customers have access to our TrianonHR management programme which carries out the updating of staff data and reporting and analysis activities.
The transfer of data between Trianon, the customer and his employees is made using the Employee Benefits Center (EBC). This Internet-based « company-to-staff » communications platform, designed and developed by Trianon, greatly facilitates the transfer of personal data on salaries, pension funds and insurance.
